By purchasing a ticket or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Tickets & Validity
• All tickets sold on this Site are for timed entry to Jardin Majorelle only (unless you purchase a Combined Ticket that explicitly includes museum access).
• Your ticket is valid only for the date and time slot you selected. Late arrival may result in denied entry.
• Tickets are delivered as e-tickets (QR code) by email. You must present the QR code on your mobile device or printed copy at the entrance.
• Children under 10 enter free when accompanied by a paying adult (proof of age may be requested).
• Tickets are non-transferable.
2. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely via our payment partners (including Stripe).
• You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after successful payment.
3. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
• All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, travel disruptions, weather, or failure to arrive on time.
• In the rare event of a full closure of Jardin Majorelle due to maintenance, safety issues, or force majeure, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a rescheduled date or partial refund. Such cases are handled individually via our support team.
• No refunds will be issued for partially used or unused tickets.
4. Entry Conditions & Visitor Rules

• No large bags or luggage (storage may be available on site).
